One summer I was obsessed with figuring out the cool spray paint pieces I saw on Youtube. I saw multiple different galaxy pieces and I really wanted to try it myself. So, I went to Hobby Lobby and I bought some spray paint, gloves, and boards. I found old bowls and newspapers/magazines around the house to use to cover up things as well as add texture. I went into the garage and laid down some tarp that my dad uses to paint and just explored. I found it so fun that I created one everyday for a week. I watched videos over and over to look for technique or ideas. I found a couple of my pieces to have moved from the bowl but some planets aren’t perfect either so I liked the rough edges. It was such a fun time with these and hope to try them again down the road.
